Official Documentation & Setup Guide

TicketOwner Documentation

Learn how to deploy high-capacity panels, route support requests to specialized staff roles, and maintain zero-compromise security.

1. Quick Start Guide

01

Invite the Bot

Authorize the bot with Administrator or Manage Channels permissions to allow ticket channel generation.

02

Configure Targets

Select your default ticket category and transcript log channel via dashboard or the /setup command.

03

Deploy Your Panel

Build your multi-department embed in the Dashboard Panel Studio and deploy it directly to your support channel.

2. Bot Slash Commands

/setup

Initialize server defaults: sets the target category and transcript log channel.

/setup category:[Category] logs:[Channel]
/panel

Publish or refresh an interactive ticket embed with up to 24 department options.

/panel channel:[Channel] template:[PanelID]
/claim

Claim the active ticket lock and assign resolution responsibility to yourself.

/claim
/close

Close the ticket, compile an encrypted HTML/text transcript, and post to log channel.

/close [reason]

3. Panel Studio & Department Routing

TicketOwner supports up to 24 customized sections per panel embed. Each section can be individually mapped to dedicated staff roles. When a member creates a ticket for a specific department, only staff with the assigned role receive access and notifications.

4. Security & Bridge Architecture

Our bridge architecture ensures your host remains fully private. Outbound encrypted HMAC-SHA256 authentication eliminates open inbound ports, guarding your VPS against automated port scanners while keeping dashboard traffic secure.
