1. Commitment to Transparency

TicketOwner is engineered to safeguard the privacy and data sovereignty of Discord communities. We never sell, monetize, or broker server or user data. We collect solely the operational minimum required to route, claim, and audit support tickets reliably.

2. Data Collected & Stored

• Public Discord Identifiers: Guild IDs, User IDs, Channel IDs, and Role IDs required to authenticate server permissions and assign ticket handlers.
• Panel Configuration Data: Embed titles, customized category labels, welcome greetings, and department routing assignments configured in your dashboard.
• Archived Transcripts: When a ticket is closed, transcript summaries are generated and sent directly to your configured Discord log channel. We do not inspect message contents.

3. Architectural Security & Cryptography

TicketOwner utilizes Outbound Bridge Isolation with HMAC-SHA256 signature verification. The client bot daemon exposes zero inbound open ports on your host, preventing external network scanning and ensuring traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3.

4. Data Deletion & Inquiries
