TicketOwner Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 14, 2026 • Effective for all installations
1. Agreement & Acceptance
By inviting TicketOwner to your Discord guild or accessing the hosted web dashboard, you signify your unreserved agreement to these Terms of Service, along with Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. Acceptable & Prohibited Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:
- Attempting to attack, overwhelm, scan, or reverse-engineer the private bridge protocol.
- Deploying the ticket bot to conduct mass spam, unsolicited pings, or harassment campaigns.
- Exploiting Discord API rate limits or injecting malicious payloads into panel embeds.
3. Service Availability & SLA
We strive for maximum operational availability (99.98% target uptime). The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime during third-party Discord API outages or maintenance.
4. Technical Support
Inquiries regarding enterprise licensing or service disruptions can be submitted directly through our official Discord community at discord.gg/ownr.
